Check-ins

  • Meeting with students regularly
  • Reviewing students’ grades and missing assignments
  • Monitoring students’ progress
  • Contacting and following up with parents, teachers, and grade level teams as needed
  • Connecting students with appropriate campus resources

Making Connections

  • Helping students create a meaningful high school experience in a supportive environment
  • Understanding students’ individual needs and working with them at their level
  • Being a safe adult for students who are in need of support

Interventions

We host several after school interventions per week to help students with completing classwork and developing study habits, while offering them a quiet, supervised space to work. Interventions are open to all students.
Assigned interventions for Advocate Program students are mandatory.
